How to improve my oral Italian?

Italian, Italiano or Lingua Italiana, is a Romance language of the Indo-European language family. Italian is, by most measures and together with Sardinian, the closest language to Latin, from which it descends via Vulgar Latin.  Italian is the main working language of the Holy See, serving as the lingua franca (common language) in the Roman Catholic hierarchy as well as the official language of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta.  Italian is also spoken by large expatriate communities in the Americas and Australia and is included under the languages covered by the European Charter for Regional or Minority languages in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Romania, although Italian is neither a co-official nor a protected language in these countries.  Italian formerly enjoyed an official status in Albania, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro (Kotor), Greece (the Ionian Islands and the Dodecanese) and is generally understood in Corsica by Corsican speakers (in fact, many linguists classify it as an Italian dialect). It also used to be an official language in the former Italian East Africa and Italian North Africa, where it still plays a significant role in various sectors.

You could engage in conversations by finding a native Italian speaker in and around your neighbourhood, by volunteering for Italian community service, going shopping in Italian grocery stores – wherein you be forced to read the Italian labels and speak to other Italian customers and outlet staff, if your lucky you may be able to find a conversation partner in the shop

The entire idea is to basically create in an environment of immersion, by surrounding yourself with Italian speakers.

Listen to as many relevant audio resources you find online so as to be able to improve your listening skills. Watch Italian movies with English subtitles in English movies with Italian subtitles try the shadowing technique wherein Europe with dialogues of the Italian speakers so that you get the Italian accent pitch tone all in order at the same time. 

This would also help you train your to the Italian language which you will be able to identify from when many languages are being spoken together

Learn through as many audiobooks as you can get hold of. Listen to the audio clips multiple times to be able to make sense of what you are understanding intuitively following it with a reading of the transcript and then listening to the audio again to be able to assess your listening

Remember we cannot speak what we cannot listen to properly only when your listing is strong would you be able to speak out the language.

Use a lot of online resources and tools such as Memrise, Anki, Italian podcast online, news in slow Italian and many more that will help you catapult yourself from being slow to a fast learner.
