Introduction:
I would like to ask one question from each one of you. How many of you know that India has so many regional languages?. Someone will say they know Marathi; someone will say Gujarati; someone will say Hindi. You are all right. There are various languages that we as Indians speak. Sanskrit is one of the most auspicious languages in India. Vedas and scriptures have been written in this language. Most importantly, this language tells about Indian society’s values, culture and ethics. Also, it tells us about the Sanatana dharma.
Now, I would like to ask one question from each of you: can you learn this language at home?. Now, people would ask me these questions: how is it possible?. Do we need to order books or something else?. Well, in this blog, I will try to answer these questions:
Ways to learn Sanskrit at home:
- Online classes: Online classes are the best choice to learn Sanskrit at this stage. People prefer online classes as these days they do not wish to step outside of their home. With online classes, you can attend classes in the comfort of your home. The main advantage of attending online classes is that you can choose your level. - Youtube: Youtube is an online platform that you can utilize to learn any content or acquire any knowledge or learn any new language. The main advantage of learning a language with the Youtube platform is that you can know anything at any time. Similarly, there are multiple videos available on Youtube, which you can refer to learn Sanskrit. Not only this, but you can also learn how to interact with other people in the Sanskrit language. You will also learn about grammar. So I recommend you to choose Youtube to learn the Sanskrit language.
- Books: Books are our best friends. We all have studied books during our school or college life, and they tell us what we need to do and how we need to do it. There are books available in every field. Similarly, books are also available in the Sanskrit language which you can refer to learn this language. - Apps: Apps play an important role in our smartphones. We have downloaded WhatsApp, Facebook etc apps on our smartphones which entertains us. Similarly, apps are also available on the google play store, which you can utilize to learn the Sanskrit language.
