Refund & Cancellation Policy

The following information will help you understand what happens in case your session is not completed as expected:

  • If you cancel: In case you cancel a session before the scheduled timing, the total amount paid by you for the session will be refunded back to you.
  • If you fail to attend: In case you fail to attend the session scheduled by you for a given timing, the session will be automatically cancelled and the amount will still be refunded back to you.
  • If your trainer fails to attend: In case your trainer is not able to make it to the session within the given time as scheduled, the session will be automatically cancelled and the amount will still be refunded back to you.
  • If there is a disruption during session: If your session is disturbed due to network problems at our/your end and the timing of such disruption is more than 50% of the total session timing, you can request a refund and the decision to refund will be taken by us based on the chat transcript/call recording.
  • If you are not satisfied: If you are dissatisfied with the session for any reason, you can request a refund and the decision to refund will be taken by us based on the chat transcript/call recording.

 

In all the above cases, you will receive the credit within 10-14 working days, depending on your card issuer’s/bank’s policies through the original mode of payment which you used in the first place.
