Footballing giants Argentina, Germany and Brazil failed to win against underdogs of the World Cup tournament. It came as a shock when Argentina was held by the first-timers, Iceland for a draw. Brazil also failed to win against a determined Switzerland side and had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The biggest upset was when Mexico beat Germany, the defending champions 1-0. The World Cup, as usual, is living up to its expectations of being a box of surprises.
