Are you also struggling to improve your Spanish but just can’t seem to? So you feel like you are in the same place even after trying hard? Or are you just a beginner who really wants to improve your proficiency?
Well then, you have come to the right place!
Here, we’ll tell you how to improve your Spanish! And how to do it fast!
Grab some popcorn
Next time you are on your way to having a Netflix binge night, consider watching something in Spanish.
Recommendation: Start slow, watch with subtitles and watch movies of genres that you really like.
Later you can still put the subtitles again if you’re lost, but having a go at exploring Spanish cinema and TV is a great way to hear how the native speakers speak, their vocabulary, and a range of accents.
Here is the list- Spanish movies to watch.

ENUNCIATE!
Sometimes we get so hung up on learning the new language words, that we forget to practice pronunciation. But pronunciation is very important as the other person may not even understand what you are saying if your pronunciation is wrong. So, if you want to sound like a native, you really need to focus on this aspect.
But here’s the thing you should keep in mind about your pronunciation: The more you practice, the easier it gets!
So remember to practice your pronunciation, with the help of Spanish Tv shows, movies, songs, or language apps.
Here are some tips to improve your Spanish Accent.

You gotta have some goals in your life!
Have you ever seen that when you have a goal, you are more motivated to complete it? So, don’t hesitate to apply this in learning Spanish too!
Give yourself weekly challenges, such as by the end of this week, I will have learned how to give a short self-introduction. OR I will have a short conversation with a native Spanish speaker.
Challenges give you motivation and after completing the challenge, it gives you a sense of satisfaction which will keep you coming back for more, in turn, helping you stay consistent.
Just a word of caution: Don’t set unrealistic goals. They will only make you feel demotivated if you do not complete them.

When in doubt, play games
I love playing games, they make learning really fun (as how it should be!) and don’t really require you to put much efforts.
There are various games that will force you to increase your vocabulary and learn more Spanish words, and also get used to learning Spanish every day such as- Scrabble, Flashcards, Dialogue game, truth and dare, etc
You can even play your normal games, but just remember, there’s only one rule- you can only speak Spanish!
If you want a more detailed guide, here is the list of Spanish learning games.

Don't be afraid
Do you know how little kids learn a language? They are mostly speaking wrong at the beginning (while looking quite adorable) but that doesn’t deter them. They don’t even notice it. They just keep on going and are not afraid to make mistakes. And my friend, now you have to do the same too
You’d be surprised by how many people try to avoid talking! The more you speak, the faster you learn – and that is why you’re learning Spanish. Practice speaking every chance you get: whether it’s ordering coffee, shopping, or asking for directions.

Time to make some new friends:
Friends are always good, they always support you, make you feel more motivated. Basically, they are just godsend angels.
But what if you make a friend who can converse with you in Spanish?
You can talk about all the normal friend things but it will all be in Spanish! They can even help you correct your pronunciation and increase your vocabulary. You can even ask them about Spanish culture and traditions.
Here’s a great app- Hellotalk, to find a language exchange partner.

In the end, just stay consistent and don’t give up. Even if you only practice for just 10 minutes every day, it can still make a difference.
