Bengal is an eastern Indo-Aryan language and it is the official language of Bangladesh, West Bengal, Assam, and Tripura. There are over 250 million speakers who are both native and non-native speakers making it one of the most spoken languages in the world. The national anthem of Bangladesh and the national anthem of India is originated from Bengali.

There are six different levels of Bangla language and is A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2, where the learner is supposed to be able to do four skills reading, listening, speaking, and writing.
A1 Level – Basic User
At this level you can understand and use very basic expressions to introduce yourself to others, answer questions about personal details, and the people they know. You can have a conversation in Bengali with others interact as long as the other person speaks slowly and clearly.
A2 Level – Elementary user
At this level, you can understand sentences that are used in the intermediate areas, such as at home, with family, office, etc.
Simple words
By learning Bengali at this level you can communicate with simple words requiring a direct exchange of information on familiar matters. You can explain in simple terms about their background, immediate environment, and the words that are used in everyday life.
The B1 Level – Intermediate User
At this level, you can understand the main points clearly on familiar matters that are used regularly in work, home, school, or any related topics. You can also deal with situations like travelling in an area where the Bengali language is spoken.
Familiar topics
You can describe texts on topics that are of personal interest, also on events, hopes, and ambitions, and plans.
B2 level – Upper-intermediate
At this level, you can understand the ideas of complex topics, including their field of specialization. You can converse that makes regular interaction with other speakers without strain for either party.
Wide range of subjects
You can give clear and detailed text on a wide range of Bengali subjects and explanations about the specific issue that gives the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
C1 level – Advanced
At this level, you can understand a wide range of sentences, longer and implicit meanings. You will be able to express your ideas fluently and spontaneously without searching for expressions.
Language flexibility
You can use the language flexibly for social, academic, and professional purposes. Also, you can give clear, well-structured text on complex subjects and organizational patterns with connecting words.
C2 Proficiency
At this level, you can understand everything that you heard or read. You can also summarize all the information that is spoken and written differently with sources, coherent presentation, and you can reconstruct the arguments
Fluency
You can express yourself very fluently even in the most complex situations. At this level as a language learner, you can explain your ability by understanding a language.
Certificates
Exams are conducted and certificates are also provided to those who want to make their level official, where the certificate is very useful in your CV, and they do not expire.
