Efficient techniques to learn Arabic

Arabic to me sounds like a royal language. It leaves a different melody into the ears when someone speaks it. There is a different twist of the tongue when one says it. If you have decided to speak this royal language, then nothing should stop you. As this is the key to success, always start with small things. Turn those small things into better versions. So, here in this case we start with the basics. If you do not know the basics of Arabic, you need to start doing that first. The way we were taught alphabets in English in our childhood.  Here also first go with the alphabets, then move ahead. They have a different pronunciation altogether, so get some help from the internet, where these pronunciations are widely available and start with them first.

After you are sure about the basics or if you already know them, the next step would be to learn words.  And then use the words to make simple sentences. Get hold of a site that teaches you Arabic in proper order. You need to remember the basic grammar and some words and phrases to start with. Pronouns form a very important part of Arabic grammar. One more option would be to buy a book that translates English to Arabic, so you get a better feel of the language. Reading from books is always beneficial. There are many useful books available. You will learn a lot of things. You can also buy some picture-based books. The kind of books we used during our childhood days. There will be a picture, and the name of the picture will be written in Arabic. To know the language properly, you must know the Arabic version of the things.

 After the grammar, the basic words are sorted and you can start with framing sentences out of it. We always used to do a ‘make sentences’ exercise in our school. This will help you here also. Try to make sentences of different words on your own. You can always use the internet to correct yourselves or search for any word.

Make sure you do reading as well as writing. At this point, you can start listening to basic conversations in Arabic, because now you would understand them, and also know how to frame sentences in an improved manner. Watch videos as much as you can.

Revise, revise and revise. I tell this thing in every blog. If you do not revise what you have already studied, you will be back to square one. And for revising plus studying ahead you need to remove extra hours to dedicate to Arabic learning. You cannot be stuck in the same place. You have to learn something new every day, without forgetting what is already learned.
